Originally designed in 1964 by Robin Day, the Forum is an icon of mid-century design. The sofa and armchair feature a hardwood frame crafted with beautiful finger joint detail, supported by chrome plated legs mounted to the outside of the frame. The visible construction is integral; Day purposefully exposed these elements to showcase the beauty of its form. Case has worked in close partnership with the Robin and Lucienne Day Foundation to bring this iconic design back into production, nearly 60 years after it was first launched. Design drawings and an example of the original production were studied to maintain the integrity of Day’s design, with upgrades using with modern materials.
Modern Dacron-wrapped foam cushions ensure ultimate comfort and cushion structure.
Solid wood replaces the tropical hardwood veneers used in the 1960s.
Metal-reinforced frame for strength and longevity.

About Your Delivery
Specialist delivery
- To ensure that your purchase arrives safely, fragile items or smaller furniture pieces are delivered via our own specialist one-man teams
- You'll be given a named day delivery then advised of the approximate time slot the day before.
- Many items are delivered assembled so you only need to unpack them

What happens when I order?
If your items are in stock we'll contact you within a couple of days to offer a suitable date.
If they're made to order, we'll contact you as soon as our suppliers have delivered into us.
Deliveries are Mon-Fri but Saturday slots can often be arranged for most of the country.
Hassle-free returns
All online specialist orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason.
Contact us and we will arrange for a crew to come out and collect the furniture.
There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
